The East Anglian Orienteering Association (EAOA) are hosting their annual general meeting this Wednesday 19th June 2024 at 7:30pm online. Orienteering club members across East Anglia are welcome to attend and should contact the EAOA Chair Peter Woods at peterwaocwoods@gmail.com for the zoom meeting link. 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

2. Approval of Minutes of 2023 AGM

4. Motion: That the capitation fee charged to member clubs of the association shall be set to zero, for the current financial year 2024. This shall be reviewed annually

5. Motion: That the AGM approve the revised rules on eligibility for the EA Championship and EA Leagues
